Returns & Exchange
There will be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us.
• If you wish to exchange any item(s) you have purchased, you simply need to return the unworn and undamaged merchandise via courier with all tags attached in the original box packing within the next 5 days of the receipt of the product.
• Articles damaged in any way will not be considered for an exchange.
We shall not be able to entertain exchanges during sales/promo.
• We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by CHAPMAN.
• When you ship the product back to us, kindly note that we would reimburse courier charges upto Rs 100/- per kg in the manner of a credit note.
• Once we recieve the item(s) returned , our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our return guidelines.
• When shipping out the exchange piece, we would add a collectible shipment charge of Rs 200 which shall be payable by you through the payment gateway.
• If an exchange is not possible, credit points shall be issued of the value of exchange which can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase on www.chapman.co.in within a period of 10 days.
• Kindly note that no refunds will be made.
